Distress and Crisis Ontario (DCO) is a provincial association and network that leads, promotes, and builds the capacity of community based agencies engaged in activities related to suicide prevention, crisis intervention and improving the quality of life for Ontarians.  Our vision is to foster and maintain an environment where the social fabric of Ontario is supported and no Ontarian in emotional distress suffers in silence.

We work to be accountable to our funders, and our Board and staff are committed to maintaining transparency in decision making.  We work collaboratively with our Member centres and our success will be measured by our ability to forge and sustain new partnerships with similar agencies and organizations.  We welcome and celebrate the unique and distinct talents our Member organizations bring to DCO and are committed to dealing with current and future members with dignity and respect.

DCO is a credible and fair organization that can be trusted to successfully represent the needs of its members.  We are passionately committed to being the tireless central voice for distress, crisis and suicide prevention organizations within Ontario.
